i hate all these pictures of supermodels doing sports and kinda “exercising” with tons of make up on, hours of hair styling and being photoshopped. thats the wrong message. you just have to enjoy your training. it doesnt matter how you look, you train to look good , not the other way round. i love this picture of demi. its so real

#FIT TIP
Always be prepared! Keep a bag in your trunk with your workout gear so you have no excuse not to hit the gym after work or school! It’s tempting once you get home to just…well, kick up your feet and not leave! Avoid the temptation by simply keeping what you need handy!
Same goes for snacks. If you carry healthy snacks with you, you will be less likely to turn to a vending machine or the golden arches! Some easy-to-pack snacks include home-made protein bars (there are tons of great, clean recipes online!), greek yogurt, almonds, raw veggies, an apple, individually wrapped natural nut butters, and a protein shake to name a few!
Make your health a priority! Remember, “the food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine, or the slowest form of poison.”
