I took before and during pictures, and since then, I’ve been too nervous to post anything. I had an OLD bikini in the first one, that was taken in the summer, and since then, I’ve lost it.
On the left, I was over 190lbs. On the right, I am currently 169lbs.
I’m warning that the second one is in bra and underwear, which, to me, is no different than a girl in a bikini, if you’re interested, here.
I’d love feedback, if you guys are up to it.

This is so intensely sad, but it is a wonderful reminder that these women in magazines are regular women, with a little extra meat here or there, or a wrinkle or two. F*ck Photo shop..women aim to achieve the perfection these images portray and it’s nothing but an illusion.
^^^Exactly. Of course I have nothing against fitspo or thinspo, nothing against seeing an image of a person and striving to look like it. I think we all need to keep in mind that the majority of the pictures we reblog (aside from people’s personal/progress pictures) are not always an exact physical depiction of the model. And just as models are not any lesser for not actually looking like their edited photos, we are not any lesser for not having the “perfect body.”
My BEFORE & AFTER shots of when I lost 90 pounds. If I can do it! So can you.

Here is the video on how I lost weight and my diet. I hope you enjoy and get motivated to lose weight in a healthy way!
So, for all of you with acne problems.
I had bad cystic acne (the painful, under the skin kind) for years, and I tried almost EVERY SINGLE over the counter product, and prescription medication there was to solve it. Finally, I got to the last resort, Accutane. Although there are a lot of concerns and risks associated with the medication, I figured I had nothing to lose, and should try it. First off, they make you pick a form of birth control, me, being only 15, I picked to abstain from sex. Secondly, they make you get a monthly blood work test. The reasons why are this, your child can get life threatening birth defects, and they want to make sure your organs are functioning perfectly. You also aren’t allowed to be pregnant 2 months before or after taking the medication, you can’t drink excessively, nor can you donate blood (If a pregnant woman is issued the blood, there will be hard problems for that child.)
Now, when I was taking it they had me on 1 pill the first month, 2 the second, 3 the third, and 3 for the remainder. They said to watch for side effects, such as head aches, mood swings, and depression. Now, I had all the side effects, but I’d always been that way before the medication. Most teenagers are that way, except for maybe the headaches, so I figured it was no cause for alarm. I also had a lot of dry skin, which I used CeraVe Moisturizer to help with.
I finished the medication about three months ago, and the results were mind blowing.
