Hey there Anon! Sorry for my delayed response, and thank you for the compliment :)
The 100 situps daily would do something to your body, however, you need to pair it with some cardio to see the best results. It’ll help your core to strengthen, but you’re not going to wake up with a set of abs the next day, which is something I struggle with realizing myself. Well, on average, you can lose 15 pounds a month with a healthy diet and exercise (cardio, situps and can’t forget weight training!), so it’ll all add up quick if you keep at it!
