Hi there!!! I absolutely love your blog!!! I was just wondering if doing 100 situps daily would make any difference to my body?? Im 5'3'' and about 216. How long and how much of a difference would it take to make

Hey there Anon! Sorry for my delayed response, and thank you for the compliment :)

The 100 situps daily would do something to your body, however, you need to pair it with some cardio to see the best results. It’ll help your core to strengthen, but you’re not going to wake up with a set of abs the next day, which is something I struggle with realizing myself. Well, on average, you can lose 15 pounds a month with a healthy diet and exercise (cardio, situps and can’t forget weight training!), so it’ll all add up quick if you keep at it! Aww thank you! You can do this. The hardest steps for me were the first ones. Really just getting up and doing it is the hardest part. Once the big plan is in motion, it’s all that much easier to actually go out and achieve. Best wishes, and don’t be a stranger!

From my understandings, I am perfect. Everyone is, truly. There may be a few things that people may not be crazy about with themselves, or other elements that are out of their control, but you’ve got to embrace it and learn to deal with it and make yourself a better you. Which is exactly what I’m doing, and therefore, damn right I’m perfect.

Oh thanks, anon. My toes are just toes. It might’ve been how I was standing though. I’ll put my body in these positions that aren’t uncomfortable to me but people look at me like “how the hell does that not hurt?” I just don’t really feel what I’m doing. If you ever wanna talk to me off anon, no pressure!
