Any tips for people new to running? I’m thinking about going for a little run later if I’m able to get out. I want to try my hand at it, as I’ve never ran before.

I’m doing the c25k currently and I like it! I’m not a runner either but I think its a good way to start.

Nike+ app or website. It’s worth it. Seeing your progress keeps you motivated.

Try the ‘couch to 5k’ programme, it’s awesome. You can really see the progress that you’re making, and you can always alter the plan to suit you :)
